為了找到更符合現代西式排餐,選用油脂豐富的桃園黑豬種,與肌肉發達的杜洛克豬結合,一胖一瘦、一黑一白最優質的『 放牧黑豬 』因此誕生。



特色 

有別於一般的豬,放牧黑豬是吃牧草長大的,只飼養八個月,因此肉質軟嫩,特殊的白土司切法,讓豬肉多了熟成的選項,現在豬里肌也能像牛排一樣熟成了,熟成後的放牧黑豬,肉質不乾柴,纖維變長、肉質變軟、油脂香甜。
